1. Partial Refunds
Once the product has entered the final production phase or has been successfully shipped, only partial refunds will be available. This is to cover the unrecoverable manufacturing and logistical costs associated with creating your Myly device.
2. Full Refunds
Your investment is safe. If for any unforeseen reason the production does not proceed and the project is cancelled, all backers will automatically receive a FULL refund to their original payment method.
3. Warranty
Your Myly includes a comprehensive 1-year hardware warranty against manufacturing defects. If your device malfunctions within the first year of receipt due to hardware issues, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
4. Terms of Return
To be eligible for a return (if applicable under partial refund conditions), your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
